Answer the Phone
I have worked diligently for the most part of the morning setting up my voice mail and ringer on the new cell phone. Once again it works quite well when one reads the instructions. I got that over and done with and moved on to my next project, surfing the net. This annoying buzzing keeps going off disturbing my concentration. It’s sounding like the neighbors car alarm going off. I try my best to ignore the noise and basically don’t want to yell at the neighbor for his stupid car alarm. The second reason is he’s my trusted dog sitter so it’s necessary to bite my tongue. Ouch.
After numerous beeping I can no longer stand the noise so I walk to the open front door to survey where the dumb noise is coming from. Hmmm, the sound is not coming from outside. It’s probably the smoke alarm. Nope. I have nothing in the oven so it cannot be the oven timer, no clothes in the dryer.
The sound draws me into the kitchen where the new cell phone sits in my flashy pink phone holder beeping away like the neighbors car alarm. I will change that ring tone as fast as I can find my user guide manual.
